Das ausgehende 19. Jahrhundert hat beim auftretenden Großbürgertum zu zahlreichen Kopien bedeutender deutschen Gartenkünstler, die vom englischen Park beeinflusst wurden, geführt.
Die deutsche Variante: Architektur und Landschaftsgarten als „Bildungserlebnis“ wird von manchen Kunsthistorikern auch heute immer noch als fragwürdige Verirrung abgetan.
Dennoch lohnt es sich die wenigen gelungenen und erhaltenen Parkanlagen dieses Jahrhunderts zu bewahren.
Park von mittellateinisch parricus – Raum einer Umzäunung zur Haltung von Tieren.
Der raumfressenden Industrielandschaft des Sinner Dilltals wurde hier die bürgerliche Architektur des bismarckschen Dreiständestaates entgegengesetzt. Während der englische Landschaftspark die frühen Formen des Liberalismus übernimmt, schottet sich der historistische Garten gegenüber den umliegenden Häusern der Angestellten und Arbeiter mit kunstvollen schmiedeeisernen Zäunen und Toren sowie Mauern ab.
Grenzenlos jedoch zeigt sich die Parkbegeisterung * in Teich- und Springbrunnen, Grotten, Putti, Ruinen und Laubengängen. Selbst die Sehnsucht nach ostasiatischen Teehäusern wird im Park der Villa Haas nachempfunden.
* Parkomanie = ständige Bereitschaft in Projekte erhabener ökonomischer Zwecklosigkeit zu investieren.
Führungen werden ausschließlich von Dr. Klaus F. Müller im Zeitrahmen von ca. 1 Stunde durchgeführt. Je nach Interessensgebiet der Besucher können nach Absprache Schwerpunkte gesetzt werden. Z. B. Historistische Parkanlage - Gestaltung und Botanik oder Industriegeschichte Haas & Sohn mit Baugeschichte der Villa und Umgebung. Meist werden die vorgeschlagenen Themen kombiniert. Ein Blick ins Treppenhaus ist möglich, ansonsten bleibt der Innenbereich privat. Eine Spende für die Stiftung 22Stars foundation wird erwartet. Steuerliche Quittung möglich.
Foto-shooting oder Mal Termine im Park dürfen auch etwas
